Remembering Our Viet Nam Vets

We visited our favorite local park in Tampa and was pleased to see that they have a new memorial for Viet Nam Veterans. The park is located on State Rt 301 just south of MLK Hwy. It's been recently renovated, too. Stop by if you are in the area!

The top photo describes a dog from that war. the center ones are the Black Widow chopper and then Woogie in front of THE WALL.

Thanks to all the veterans who served to promote freedom!

Woogie Goes to College!

Woogie and I had a fantastic visit to the Tampa campus of University of South Florida (USF) today! He met all the students in Susan Taylor's English class and begged for back scratches. The class watched a preview of Woogie's newest book, WOOGIE'S TRAVELS - DISCOVERING AMERICA.

Woogie even showed off his trick of guessing which hand held the treat. One student, Logan, joined us outside after class to be video taped for his book trailer! Courtney and Ali will be producing the video for us, and we'll share the link when it's finished.

Many thanks to Ms. Taylor and her students for all their support!

New Cover for Latest Book

The beach run won the September poll for Woogie's back cover of his new book - Woogie's Travels Discovering America.

The flag theme was the big hit for the front. I changed it though, to a photo that features Woogie better - so handsome!

The print copy will be available in December; the e-book later this month at Amazon and Barnes & Noble online.

Thanks to all who voted - on this poll and in person!
